Our Training Video Process
Plan
Before recording, we align on branding styles like logo, fonts, and colors. Our video template integrates with your current PowerPoint/Keynote templates for a unified look and feel. We also prep your speakers so they look and sound their best. We review the show flow.
Record
Our recording is scheduled and takes about an hour for your subject matter expert to present their content. Coaching and directing is provided. We do retakes where necessary. All mixing is done live and we have a rough video for our next step.
Review
Edits and embellishments are added to the video file. Retakes and mistakes are cut from the delivery. The video draft is posted for your review, where you leave comments on changes. The changes are made and the final video file is delivered to you for internal posting.
